How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on all Australian orders when you order two or more Kaboosts.

$20 for all other Australian orders.

Does Kaboost Austrlia deliver worldwide?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery.

When will my order arrive?

We try our best to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. All orders should arrive between 3 -10 business days, depending on your location.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund for change of mind purchases.

FAULTY ITEMS

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

When returning goods please include;

a) your name and Returns Authorisation number on the outside of the parcel

b) the item you are returning

c) All items must be sent back to us via a courier with a tracking number

All items must be sent to:

When we have received your item we will process the refund or exchange and you will be notified via email.

No responsibility accepted for items being returned, until they are received at our address.

Payment

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We also accept orders via email and over the phone.

Sorry, at this time we are unable to accept payment via cheque, bank transfer or any method other than those listed above.

We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information.
SSL encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. You can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
